Acknowledgement
The National Action Plan on Forced Labour 2021-2025 (NAPFL) was developed with
technical assistance from the International Labour Organisation (ILO) through the
“From Protocol to Practice: A Bridge to Global Action on Forced Labour” (BRIDGE)
Project. It has undergone multiple consultations and engagements involving a wide
array of participants most notably from the Government’s social partners, and the civil
society organisations.
On behalf of the Government, the Ministry of Human Resources would like to express
our sincere appreciation to all parties who have contributed their efforts and provided
support and guidance throughout the process of development and finalisation of this
inaugural NAPFL.
1. The Technical Working Committee for the NAPFL comprising of members from
