(Collective Bargaining), Convention (ILO P29), and the guiding National Action Plan on Forced Labour (2021-2025)
no.100 (Equal Remuneration) and
Convention no.138 (Minimum Age) and principles contained in P29
Convention no.131 (Minimum Wage) will be applied to this NAPFL.

respect to the protection of the rights of
migrant workers.
Further, the ACTIP aims to effectively
deter and punish human trafficking, to
provide assistance to victims and to
promote cooperation and collaboration
within the region.
The Convention specifically underlines
the need to prevent human trafficking,
including trafficking for labour
exploitation, through establishing a
coherent legislative framework and
enacting policies and programmes to
prevent trafficking in persons at national
levels. In addition, the Convention
stresses the importance of regional and
international cooperation to eliminate
human trafficking.
